Sleep is an essential part of health and it demands a certain amount of your attention. If you neglect sleep, you will inevitably end up at higher risk for lower immune health, increased weight, lower energy, and decreased mood. The great news is there are many ways to boost your health by improving your sleep. One way to do this is through EXERCISE. Exercise of any type is an excellent way to calm the mind, boost the mood, reduce anxiety, tire the body, and improve circulation -- all of which can improve quality of sleep. Exercise is also great for improving the daily cycle that regulates our biological cycle called the circadian rhythm. Having a healthy circadian rhythm is critical in having healthy sleep.
