Emma is back after a short sabbatical. Her teaching is grounded, uplifting, and welcoming to all. She creates a space where you can settle in, move with intention, and build from where you are.

If you’ve been waiting for her return, this is it. And if you’re new, there’s no better time to step into her class.

Strength. Balance. Mobility. Bird of Paradise opens the hips and hamstrings while building control through the standing leg.

Vinyasa is the thread that runs through every class.

Breath to movement.
One posture flowing into the next.

Sometimes slower, sometimes more intense but always with intention. It’s what creates the rhythm of the practice and keeps you connected from start to finish.

Come practice with us.

We’ve partnered with The Refillery Supply Co. to bring refillable hand soap into Power Yoga. Their low-waste refill model helps reduce single-use packaging while supporting ethical, small-batch makers. The formula we use is non-toxic and fragrance-free — simple, clean, and supportive of our shared environment.

We are deeply inspired to continue bringing authentic, lineage-based teachings into our Power Yoga community. 🙏

Our owner, Jackie Page and Lead Teacher Training Instructor, Wendy Medeiros, recently returned from an intensive at Loyola Marymount University studying Vinyasa Krama Yoga with Srivatsa Ramaswami.

Rooted in the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya—widely regarded as a foundational figure in modern postural yoga—this lineage reflects his deep scholarship in Sanskrit, classical Indian philosophy, and traditional yoga texts. Often referred to as the “father of modern yoga,” Krishnamacharya trained many of the teachers, including Ramaswami, who shaped yoga as we know it today.

This immersive intensive included:
✨ Vinyasa Krama sequences
✨ Classical frameworks of foundational postures
✨ Instruction in pranayama (breath) techniques
✨ Introduction to dharana (meditative concentration)
✨ Philosophical study of Ashtanga Yoga through the teachings of Patanjali and Yajnavalkya

Your Place, Your Pace

Bozeman Power Yoga incorporates the fundamentals of an athletic practice including breath control, core strength, balance, inward focus and vinyasa flow. There is no set sequence making each class a unique, challenging and interesting experience. All levels practice together in a heated room. We move, sweat, build strength and flexibility in a safe and fun environment. We flow to upbeat, inspiring music and challenge ourselves mentally and physically to attain optimal wellness.
