Are you expecting? ✨ All of our talented massage therapists offer our prenatal Mountain Mama Massage, thoughtfully designed to support your changing body, calm the nervous system, and ease pregnancy-related tension.

Our lead massage therapist, Octavia, recommends prenatal massage once you’re in the second trimester and as often as your budget allows! Preparing the nervous system and connective tissue during pregnancy can make a meaningful difference, and she also encourages returning 6–8 weeks postpartum to help reset the nervous, muscular, and skeletal systems.
