I value honesty.

I value being open.

Meaning, I am not here to sell you a bunch of garbage you do not need. Other companies or people can gladly do that. I refuse.

This space is designed to sell you what you want or need or desire or things you do not need. It’s been giving me the ick for a long time.

My biggest return in investment was being present online consistently until around 2022.

After that, numbers consistently dropped and, I noticed my mental health dropped the more I pushed to be present online.

It continued to drop the more I tried to be present in a way that was robbing me of valuable time with little return.

Since I’ve been back from Peru, I’ve been online less. I’ve sent some funny reels to friends here and there and, I’ve connected a little. That’s been in alignment for me. Not marketing my butt off for little return.

I’ve had many messages commenting on missing my videos or pictures of travel or asking where I am.

I’m right here. I’m just doing my process in a way that fees in alignment for me, my life, my business and all of it.

Is this controversial to popular belief that I should be marketing 24/7 on social media to get business ? Totally. But, filling your feed with my content is not what is in alignment for me currently. Maybe that will change but for now, I’m content NOT posting all the time.

As far as business goes ? I have an office in downtown Bozeman and, I still practice massage. You’re welcome to book with me via DMs and shortly you will be able to book with my new booking platform. I am in the midst of deciding to keep my practice or to let it go. If you’d like me to continue the work I do please let me know. No longer taking insurance due to pay out issues hurt my business but, I continue to strive to provide quality care.

Etsy ? Yes. I still sell handcrafted pieces from Perú however, I have taken my shop down for a spell to reload it with all the goodies I brought back in May which I have not made live yet. I will. But when the time is right and not sooner. You’re more than welcome to inquire ! And I will update you when it is live.

Some legends have said that Shambhala is a Heavely place that may also be achieved through meditation as a state of consciousness.

Is this place truly mythical or is it real ?

If Heaven’s garden were to be real, what would it look and feel like ?

Bringing Shambhala’s energy into people’s lives to remind them of where they came from is my life’s work.

I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in energetic work such as Crystal Healing, Reiki and, Emotional Release. I also specialize in techniques including deep tissue massage, soft tissue mobilization and, Myofascial release.

I am an herbalist specializing in local herbs from the Pacific Northwest and, the high Rocky Mountains in Montana.

I am a Kriya, Nath and, Hatha Yoga teacher specializing in energetic yoga with a family lineage that can be traced back to Babaji/ Mataji and, Kali.

I am an intuitive reader specializing in tarot and, tea leaf readings.

I am DONA certified Birth Doula currently working on my DONA postpartum doula certification. Not only do I work with new spirits being born unto Earth I also work with souls leaving this plane. I specialize in life transitions from being born to, dying.
