I’ve been making the dreams happen despite all odds. Hence my quiet and my lack of being online.

It’s been hard. It’s been tear filled. It’s been a blessing. It’s been inviting and incredible.

Wow.

I’ll be headed back to the jungles of Peru for two months to diet and to be still. How beautiful this opportunity is and how amazing it truly is.

During this time I will have no cell phone service. I will have no wifi and I will not be able to contact the outside world in anyway.

Starting next week until beginning of June I will be in Peru praying for my life and yours.

I will be back online mid-June after I attend Moondance.

Until that time, I wish you all the blessings that Spring and the Universe have to offer.

Happy February ❤️

Kicking off the month with Imbolc - the first signs of Spring. Hug your loved ones as this is a time to celebrate. The darkest nights of the year are over (until November comes back our way of course.)

We kick off the month with the moon in Pisces and, end the month on a New Moon also falling into the sign of Pisces.

Pisces is a water sign with a depth for emotional, intuition and creativity. This month would be a beautiful month to check in on our emotional health and, to see where you shift from today to 28 days from now when the New Moon comes around.

Shambhala is said to be a mythical place located in the high mountains of Tibet.

Some legends have said that Shambhala is a Heavely place that may also be achieved through meditation as a state of consciousness.

Is this place truly mythical or is it real ?

If Heaven’s garden were to be real, what would it look and feel like ?

Bringing Shambhala’s energy into people’s lives to remind them of where they came from is my life’s work.

I am a Kriya, Nath and, Hatha Yoga teacher specializing in energetic yoga with a family lineage that can be traced back to Babaji/ Mataji and, Kali.

I am an intuitive reader specializing in tarot and, tea leaf readings.

I am DONA certified Birth Doula currently working on my DONA postpartum doula certification. Not only do I work with new spirits being born unto Earth I also work with souls leaving this plane. I specialize in life transitions from being born to, dying.
