✨ Science, Soul & Sisterhood kicked off this weekend! ✨
What began as a simple text from a friend—“Could you offer a menopause workshop?”—has blossomed into a whole series at Strength & Grace. I knew it couldn’t just be one workshop. Menopause deserves more. It deserves to be seen through many lenses, with wisdom from skilled practitioners in our community.
On Saturday, we began with Elaine Doll of Blissful Ayurveda, who shared how the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda can bring balance to body and mind during menopause. From daily rhythm and meal timing, to self-massage practices, nourishing foods, and supportive herbs, Elaine gave us simple yet powerful tools to support vitality. 🌿
Next up: Dr. Kirsten Mackey will join us on Saturday, September 27 to explore integrative strategies for balancing hormones, the HPA axis, and the nervous system—helping us understand fatigue in menopause and how to restore energy naturally.
The series continues through December, each session offering fresh perspectives and practical tools for navigating this natural phase of life with greater clarity and grace. 💛
