Yoga with Tracy this week:

Gentle Yoga – Tuesday at 6pm
A slow, supportive practice designed to release tension and build ease in the body. This gentle session focuses on stretching and strengthening the back, helping improve mobility and reduce stiffness.

Restorative Yoga – Thursday at 6pm
A deeply soothing class aimed at calming the nervous system and encouraging full-body relaxation with nerve flossing and gliding techniques. This practice helps melt away stress and restore balance. Ideal for anyone seeking rest and reset.

Join Allie for a relaxing and restorative self-care workshop. Learn to how to use Jill Miller's Therapeutic Tune-Up Balls and The Melt method soft foam rollers to help ease tension in your body. Allie's gentle approach targets the fascial layers and releases tension in common areas such as the shoulder, back, hips, neck, and feet.

Allie will guide you through safe techniques using a variety of tools with individualized attention and the space to modify if needed. This class uses somatic and mindful movements to help foster a deeper mind and body connection.
