At the start of every year, we’re trained in the mindset to set goals.
Big ones. Bold ones. Detailed ones.

But here’s what I see over and over again:
➡️People aren’t stuck because they lack vision.
☑️They’re stuck because they think they need certainty of success before they begin.

This month’s Women's Power Hour is about shifting the question.

Not ❌What do I want to do?
But 🥰Who do I want to be?

We’ll explore identity instead of goals, clarity instead of achievement, and learn how to work inside your certainty window - the place where you can honestly say, “Yes, this feels right for me right now.”

You don’t need a full plan.
You don’t need to know the whole year.

You just need the next true step for you.

If you registered and paid for the New Year's Day Meditation, I sent the email with the Zoom link out last night. Please check all your email tabs/folders before contacting me to say you didn't receive it. Emails come from my name and registration@healinginharmonycenter.com address.

What are you doing New Year's Day?

Time is running out to register for the annual New Year's Day Meditation on Thursday, January 1 at 10:00 a.m. Registration closes on Wednesday, December 31 at 12:00 noon ET. If you're not registered and paid by then, you'll have to wait another year.

In this session, I'll deliver a message from the Spirit World with insight into the upcoming year. What to look out for, what to focus on and what you may be needing to learn. This is followed by a guided meditation, specifically for the group to usher in the new year.

Even if you can't attend, register anyway. All paid participants receive the recording of the message and meditation.

✅You may want to listen to this podcast episode before you head off to your holiday gathering.

You already know how this goes.

You know who will judge.
You know who will interrupt.
You know who will make the comment that tightens your chest before you even realize you’re tense.

And yet, part of you still hopes, maybe this year will be different.

That hope is where the struggle begins.

The holidays don’t activate us because they’re stressful.
They activate us because they bring us back into the very systems where our False Authorities were formed.

In the newest This Life or Something Better podcast episode, out today, I talk about the difference between reacting from the child version of you and responding from your Inner Authority - the adult who knows you don’t need to explain, fix, or engage every invitation.

One of the most freeing shifts you can make this season is this:
➡️Stop expecting people to be different.

Try heading into the holidays with the attitude:
“Oh, there she goes again with the judging.”
“Wow, she’s so consistent. I always know what to expect from her.”

You’re not approving of the behavior.
You are accepting the reality of the situation and that is what gives you your power back.
