Welcome to magical monday. The best day to set your intention for the week.
Try this short little meditation. “ Breathe in peace and breathe out any resistance”
Do this three times. Now ask yourself what is my spirit wants to experience this week?
Perhaps it is not about accomplishing the many things on your to do list. Maybe it is that your spirit wants you to rest a little more. Listen and then create your intention for the week. My intention for the week is “ I give myself permission to slow down. I welcome stillness, rest in the quiet spaces where true healing begins.” Feel free to adopt this one as your own.
