Our company is currently hiring a few HHA/CNAs for Personal Supports Service needed for a lady (approximately 95lbs) (1:1 ratio) who has cerebral palsy.
**Current Shift Needed:**
Night Shift: 6pm-6am Monday-Sunday (can hire 2-3 staff)
Day Shift: 10am-6pm Saturdays & Sundays
Must have a compassionate personality in helping people with intellectual disabilities with assistance in their Adult Daily Living. You assist with verbal and physical assistance and demonstrate or teach their daily task according to their own abilities. Must follow the Current Support Plan.
The service includes pivot transfer to and from the bed and wheelchair and also includes activities such as assistance with showers, preparing meals, bed making laundry, and vacuuming when these activities are essential to the health, safety, and welfare of the client. Must be willing to take the recipient out into the community and doctors' appointments when needed.

**Qualifications Requirements:**
* High school diploma or GED.
* Must be 18 years of age and above, responsible adult.
* At least one year working in elder care or child care setting or people with special needs.
* Valid Florida Driver's License,
* Must be willing to get successful clearance of local and Level 2 background checks.
* Must agree to complete online basic, required, and specific training, prior, within 30days, and within 90 days of employment.
