Jennifer has been in the health and medical field in various modalities for 20 years. She began as a LMT, then a health coach and personal trainer. She continued her education to become a registered nurse specializing in postpartum. She is currently a licensed electrologist, laser hair removal technician, and medical aesthetician. She has a passion for helping people feel and look their best and find holistic solutions to their health, inside and out.

A little fun fact this morning…

Processed meats (to include hot dogs, bacon, ham, and lunch meat) are class 1 carcinogens. Meaning, they are known to cause cancer in humans and are backed by plenty of scientific studies (in humans)! They are classified as group 1 carcinogenic right up there with ci******es and asbestos. Yum! It’s no secret. The food we eat matters.
