I was planning to wait until the New Year—but a smear attempt showed up this morning.
Funny enough, it ended up doing more to expose how out of their lane they are than anything I could’ve said.
So instead, here we are.
Today I’m officially releasing my clinical AI.
This is not a generic chatbot.
This is not experimental.
This is not something I’m “planning.”
It’s built.
It’s live.
And it’s been shaped over years of real clinical work.
This is a ChatGPT-style clinical dialogue model built on my framework — **FIDM+ (Freestyle Integrative Diagnostic Matrix Plus).**
What makes it different is simple:
It’s trained on how I actually think clinically.
It organizes complex patient histories, labs, symptoms, and context the same way I do in practice — across medicine, nutrition, Chinese medicine, lifestyle, and human capacity.
It does **not** diagnose.
It does **not** prescribe.
It does **not** replace clinicians.
It supports clinical reasoning.
This AI:
• structures comprehensive intakes
• supports follow-ups and reassessments
• surfaces meaningful patterns
• reduces documentation overload
• and makes integrative care coherent instead of chaotic
It’s already being used.
Now it’s being released.
And yes — it will be available to other licensed clinicians.
Because the future of healthcare isn’t gatekeeping —
it’s better tools, clearer thinking, and higher standards.
This isn’t hype.
This is infrastructure.
Back to work.

Today I’m officially releasing FIDM+ (Freestyle Integrative Diagnostic Matrix Plus).
Not as a product launch.
Not as a marketing stunt.
But because it’s already being used — and it’s time to name what I actually do.
FIDM+ is not a diagnosis, not an AI doctor, and not a replacement for medicine.
It’s a clinical framework I built to organize complex human health in a way modern systems don’t.
Here’s what that means in plain language:
Most people don’t have “one problem.”
They have overlapping patterns — metabolic, neurological, hormonal, inflammatory, emotional, environmental, and social — all happening at once.
FIDM+ is how I:
• take a full medical + lifestyle + symptom history
• identify patterns, not just labels
• integrate labs, history, and lived experience
• decide what actually matters first
• and build a stepwise, realistic plan the person can follow
It pulls from:
– conventional medicine
– nutrition & lifestyle medicine
– Chinese medicine & herbal systems
– humanistic care (stress, meaning, capacity, context)
I drive the care.
The framework supports thinking — it doesn’t replace it.
How it works:
• one comprehensive intake
• telehealth-based care
• clear scope and consent
• no guessing, no protocol dumping
• no “do everything all at once” nonsense
What it is not:
• not energy woo
• not random supplements
• not AI-generated treatment plans
• not me practicing outside my license
It’s structured. It’s documented. It’s defensible.
And most importantly — it actually helps people who’ve fallen through the cracks.
I didn’t build this to convince other providers.
I built it because patients needed something better.
If you’re curious, cool.
If not, that’s fine too.
But this is the work.
And it’s live.
