Brook Longobardi, RYT, Y4C has been teaching yoga since 2008, a yoga practitioner since 1999. Through many vocations and life changes, yoga has been the one of the most rewarding lifestyle enhancements for her. With Brook, yoga isn’t a just a job teaching students and getting paid.
