New class coming in November!!
This is the comfiest, coziest yoga way to end your day. Inspired by the cooling weather of the autumn and the earlier sweep of nightfall, this is a class for anyone who seeks a good night's sleep. In EveryBody Unwind, a candlelit space is created to gently move your body and get out any last wiggles before bed.
In this class, you can expect some, or all, of the below (all these are optional!):
-Use of props (all are available in studio) to support your body and provide variations for yoga postures
-Pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm the mind
-Use of soothing essential oils in a carrier oil for aromatherapy
-Gentle hands-on guidance
-Self-massage
-Time for journaling
-Herbal teas to promote rest and relaxation
To prepare for class:
-The most important thing is showing up! Wear your comfy clothes. No need for anything special, your favorite sweats are just fine
-Bring a journal, sketch book, loose paper (if you want!)
-Your preferred mug or travel mug (if you want!)
