This Solar Eclipse and New Moon in Aquarius have felt especially significant to me on a personal level. I don’t follow astrology in a surface way. I genuinely study it, sit with it, and observe how it moves through my own chart, my emotions, my body, and my relationships.
✨
Over time, I have come to see how deeply connected it is to our healing, our spiritual path, and even the way we practice yoga.
✨
Aquarius energy brings awakening. It encourages us to step back and look at the bigger picture of our lives. It gently, and sometimes not so gently, asks us to release outdated identities, old roles, and stories we have been carrying long after they stopped fitting. When you add an eclipse to that energy, it becomes even more transformative. Eclipses tend to accelerate change. They illuminate what has been hidden and bring closure to cycles that are already trying to complete themselves.
✨
The Year of the Fire Horse adds another layer of movement and intensity. Fire does not allow stagnation. It purifies, activates, and asks for courage. It invites us to move forward with honesty and conviction rather than staying comfortable in what we have outgrown.
✨
For me, this season feels like a realignment at the level of identity. It feels like shedding and remembering at the same time. Astrology helps me understand the timing of these shifts, but yoga is what helps me integrate them. Through breath, movement, and stillness, I can process what is changing and anchor it into my nervous system and daily life.
✨
If you have been feeling restless, emotional, unusually clear, or even uncertain, you are not alone. There is a collective shift happening, and it is okay to move through it consciously and at your own pace.
✨
Pay attention to what feels complete right now. Pay attention to what feels ready to begin. This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you already are beneath the noise.

If this eclipse season has been stirring something in you, I would love to hear what you are noticing. 🤍
