Charles J. Tabbert

Charles Joseph Tabbert, passed away on October 26, 2025, in Vero Beach, Florida, at the age of 70. Born on July 20, 1955, in Buffalo, New York, Charles exemplified dedication and excellence throughout his life, both personally and professionally.

With a robust educational background, Charles earned a master's degree that propelled him into a successful career in the semiconductor and fiber optics industry. He rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Sales and Communication, where he was known for his hard work and commitment to innovation.

Charles proudly served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force for 16 years, a period that not only showcased his leadership capabilities but also instilled in him a deep sense of discipline and integrity. His military service remained a source of pride throughout his life.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Charles was celebrated for his great sense of humor and his ability to connect with those around him. His personality endeared him to colleagues, friends, and family alike.

Charles is survived by his brothers, Michael Tabbert and William "Bill" Tabbert and his wife Kim Tabbert, three niece's Cathy Tabbert, Tabitha Tabbert, Cindy Hartman, nephew, John Astudillo, divorced wife, Tina Tabbert (married for 37 years), two great- nieces and friends who cherished him deeply.

He will be laid to rest with military honors at Sarasota National Cemetery, located in Sarasota, Florida, on November 20, 2025, commencing at 11:30 AM.

John Stevens

John Stevens, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, at the age of 89. Born on January 5, 1936, in New York,

He dedicated a portion of his life to serving his country in the U.S. Navy, where he exemplified the values of commitment and courage. After his military service, he returned to civilian life with a strong sense of duty to his family and community. His genuine kindness and warm demeanor made him a cherished figure among friends and acquaintances alike.

He will be laid to rest in a private ceremony, with military honors, at Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, Florida.

Guy M. Allen

Guy M. Allen, was born on September 14, 1961, in Michigan and his journey came to a close on August 23, 2025, in Bradenton, leaving behind a legacy of commitment and integrity.

He spent his life exemplifying the values of perseverance and diligence, traits that defined both his personal and professional endeavors.

He is survived by his son, Thomas Goiran and many extended family members and friends.

He now rejoins his parents in eternal rest. A life well-lived, Guy M. Allen will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.

Marie A. Latorre

Marie A. Latorre, born on August 6, 1929 in the Bronx, New York, passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, October 15, 2025, at the age of 96.

She was the youngest daughter of Tillie and Marcello Gesualdi. Marie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vincent, and her dear sisters, Fran Ehlers and Diane Daniels.

Marie is survived by her two loving daughters, Debra Piegari and her husband Kenneth, and Denise Stoltz and her husband David. She was a proud grandmother to three grandchildren; Kenny, Kristi, and David and a cherished great-grandmother to five beautiful great-grandchildren; Vincent, Olivia, Brooke, Payton, and Emma. She also leaves behind her loving grand pets, Mazi and Jada.

Marie found great joy in cooking, baking, and crafting, but her favorite pastime was coloring, especially when shared with her grandchildren. A devoted New York Yankees fan, she never missed watching a game on TV.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Marie's life will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 11:30am at Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, Florida.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her warmth, creativity, and the love she shared with her family.

Mary M. Sutton

Mary M. Sutton, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida. Born on December 23, 1942, in Long Branch, New Jersey, Mary had a sociable spirit that made her beloved among family and friends.

Mary dedicated herself to a fulfilling career in banking. She worked for 10 years at the First National Bank in Tom's River, New Jersey in the safe deposit department.

Mary enjoyed watching baseball, college football, horse racing and beauty pageants.

She had a love for children and animals, she loved her cousins children and their families as if they were her own.

Mary's love will be missed by her cousin, Gladys and her children; George Platt, April Platt Nickell, James Platt and their families. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Clark Sutton.

Mary's caring for her family creating lasting memories that they will hold dear.

Wayne L. Frieler

Wayne L. Frieler, passed away on October 7, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida, at the age of 64. Born on January 12, 1961, in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Wayne was a dedicated individual known for his hard-working nature. He devoted much of his professional life to screening and carpentry, demonstrating a skill and work ethic that earned the respect of his peers. Beyond his vocation, he cherished his time spent playing softball, which served as a joyful escape and a source of camaraderie. Fishing was another favorite pastime of his, allowing him to find peace in nature's embrace. He also embraced golf for a short time.

He is survived by his son, Michael Wayne Frieler, his sister, Vicki Frieler Grier, and his ex-wife, Joann Frieler Baker, along with many nieces and nephews who will fondly remember him. Wayne was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Rosaline and Eugene Frieler and his brother Marvin Frieler.

His legacy of hard work and joyful spirit will continue to resonate within the hearts of all who knew him.

Catherine Prater

Catherine Prater of Bradenton, Florida passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025, at the age of 98. She was the wife of George Prater of Bradenton, Florida who died in December 1996.

Catherine retired as a tax auditor for the state of West Virginia. She loved to travel and had great interest in architecture and design.

Catherine has a son, Jeffrey Prater (Lois Prater) of Bradenton, Florida and a daughter, Elaine Chambers (John Chambers) of Palo Alto, California. Catherine is also survived by a sister, Rose Ellen Wells (Mike Wells) of Mt. Orab, Ohio. She has 5 grandchildren., Jennifer Prater, Travis Prater, David Prater (Karen Prater), John J. Chambers (Ashley Chambers) and Lindsay Chambers and one deceased grandson, Charles Prater. She has 4 great grandchildren, Victoria Prater, David B. Prater, Autumn Chambers and Jack Chambers.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Curtis of Denver, North Carolina and her son, Gregory Prater of Bradenton, Florida. She is also proceeded in death by her mother and father, Hallie and Everett Hager, and brothers and sisters, Lovey Lee Hager, Joyce Ann Hager, Lowell Hager, James Hager, Ronald Hager, Clara Gorrell Baldridge, Charles Hager and Shirlee Branham.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Catherine Prater at Christ Episcopal Church in Bradenton, Florida on Friday, September 26 at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Palma Sola Cemetery.
