Rachel - Perfect Zen Perfect Zen offers a variety of services focusing on restoring balance, health and well-being. My name is Rachel Harwood. in Dubuque, Iowa.

I am excited to share with you the tools that I have learned to improve and enhance the quality of the life I live. I have been a practicing Reiki Master since 2009, Sound Healer, Sound Massage Practitioner, and Breathwork Practitioner since 2020, and have had the opportunity to live and travel the world. Through the experiences, I have gained a broader perspective on life and what it truly means to be happy. I offer a variety of classes and workshops, weekly gatherings, as well as private sessions. Every week from 6:30–7:30 PM, will provide a cozy evening of movement, mindfulness, and magic made just for our next generation. Join for yoga, breathwork, and a soft wind-down to help your child rest easy and shine bright.

Our Story

My name is Rachel Harwood. I am excited to share with you the tools that I have learned to improve and enhance the quality of the life I live. I have been a practicing Reiki Master since 2010. Since then, I continued to explore many other forms of alternative health and wellness, working with others to help them discover ways to live happier and healthier lives. I am now certified in Peter Hess Sound Massage from Germany as well as Sound Healing through the Sound Healing Academy in the UK. To add to these amazing tools, I am exploring the amazing benefits of Clarity Breathwork, which I hope to share with my clients in the future. As I continue to work with these practices and see how they have changed my life, it further inspires me to share them with others. I have had the opportunity to live and travel the world, and work with a variety of clients over the last decade. Through these experiences, and my own personal growth, I have gained a broad perspective on life and what it truly means to be happy. At Perfect Zen, I offer a variety of holistic approaches to well-being, and I am continuously looking to learn and expand these offerings! I have recently moved my practice into a studio outside of my home, and I am eager to be able to provide you with more opportunities. Look for my classes and workshops, weekly gatherings, Halotherapy treatments, as well as private sessions. You will also find me at Challenge to Change, Inc. in Dubuque, Iowa, sharing regular Sound Meditation gatherings.
