This page is to show my journey to better myself by also HELPING OTHERS for healthier, longer lives!! As a former weightlifting team member, I never thought it would be as hard as it was to get back into shape, let alone stay motivated to do so...thanks to surrounding myself with POSITIVE people/friends and a jump start with Shakeology and ChaLEAN Extreme--I am well on my way and you can be too!! I've finished T25 with Shaun T, Turbo Fire, 3 Rounds of 21 Day Fix, Ultimate Reset, and doing my second Round of Combat combined with PiYO!

Time for push 30– Orangetheory Fitness Lakewood Ranch making sure we have all we need for this challenge!
And choices were made—changes were as well—positive nutrition choices, spending 10 min every am outside, made efforts for recovery with bringing my roller to the studio and making sure my post recovery drink was with me after each workout. And finally GRATITUDE:: I made sure i made time for their time and effort for making and encourage me to do and be better—my OTF orangies group, my coaches, and my immediate family—looking forward to seeing how others at my studio did with their studio!
