☯️ Testosterone isn’t about ego. It’s about adaptation.

This hormone affects far more than people realize:

• Muscle maintenance
• Metabolic health
• Mood and motivation
• Recovery from stress

Yet “normal” lab ranges today are far lower than they were decades ago. That doesn’t mean humans evolved — it reflects modern stress, poor sleep, processed food, and lifestyle overload.

They create a stress response.

Most pre-workouts are just stimulant cocktails that:

• Spike cortisol before you even start training
• Disrupt sleep and recovery
• Mask poor nutrition and burnout
• Train your body to depend on chemicals

Feeling wired is not the same as being energized.

From a nervous system perspective (CHEK principle):
Stress is stress — mental, physical, or chemical.
Every scoop adds load to a system that’s already overwhelmed.

That “great workout” feeling?
Often just adrenaline. And adrenaline doesn’t build long-term performance — it borrows from tomorrow.

Real energy comes from:
