Most workouts are built around isolating muscles.

Leg press. Pec deck. Leg extensions.

But your body doesn’t actually work that way.

It’s designed to move as an integrated system.

This is why a lot of people:
• feel strong in the gym
• but still have pain
• still feel unstable
• or keep getting tight in the same areas

Even the order of your workout matters.

If you fatigue muscles first, your body compensates when you move in real patterns.

Better approach:
→ Start with integrated movements
→ Then use isolation to finish
