This year I have enjoyed the privilege of teaching Neelakantha Meditation, as taught in Blue Throat Yoga, to small groups of you in my studio at Yoga Arts. I’m very happy to be offering the practice again soon.
Neelakantha Meditation is an elegant, powerful and deeply effective meditation practice for exploring and progressively journeying into the deeper spaces of Consciousness. It is a practice that brings about transformation, healing and goodness in your life.
Neelakantha Meditation is easy to learn and practice, and is governed by the principle of effortlessness. It does not involve concentration, controlling the mind, or manipulation of awareness. It does not require that you have any particular beliefs, previous study or specific background in order to learn. Even folks who have had difficulty meditationg in the past are surprised at how easily and deeply they can meditate after learning Neelankantha Meditation.

I’m offering a free, introductory talk on the practice June 16, 6-7 pm at Yoga Arts studio. All are welcome. Bring a friend.
The course into Neelakanthah Meditation will be at Yoga Arts over two days, Saturday, June 28, 11:30 am - 1 pm and Sunday, June 29, 10 am - 12 pm.
