In Honor of Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Our office is closed today, Monday, May 26th, in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen tomorrow with normal business hours.

Celebrating the Success of Our Care Connection Program!

When we launched our Care Connection program at We Care Manatee, we set a goal to serve 400 clients within the first two years and ensure 75% of them received the vital services they needed.

🌟 We're thrilled to share that at just 18 months in, we are meeting and exceeding all of our goals! 🌟
