For over 25 years, I've walked the path of healing through touch - guided by spirit, intuition, and a deep reverence for the body's ability to return to balance. Massage therapy is not just my profession - it is my calling, revealed to me through signs, synchronicities, and the quiet wisdom of the heart. My hands have been my instruments, my training has been extensive, and my intention is always sacred. I specialize in a wide spectrum of bodywork modalities including TMJ therapy, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue, prenatal massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, healing touch, polarity therapy, Jen Shen Do, and Airway-focused work. Each session is a co-creative process - where energy, breath, and intention align to activate the body's innate design to heal. Throughout my journey, I've been honored to teach and share my unique techniques, first in massage school in Clearwater, and now with a growing desire to offer continuing education and mentorship to other therapists in Florida.
