Back with another grocery haul, this time from , I stocked up on some of my absolute must haves!

Just to highlight a few products, this is the best grass fed butter at 95%, I do a lot of cooking with this butter.
I top my Greek yogurt with these pumpkin seeds everyday, they are so good for you.
Another favorite is the mashed avocado, simple ingredients and so much easier than guessing if your avocado is ripe yet!
Organic coffee is a must! If you’re not using organic beans you’re consuming so much more pesticides than you need to be. These whole beans are so affordable.
Also purchased, , organic brown rice, mayo, Parmesan cheese from Italy, , and collagen.

Long story short, ingredients matter and products matter. Please start reading labels &

This is probably going to ruffle a few feathers but I said what I said. Period.

With the exception of a few select clean brands, most protein bars & protein shakes contain just as many, if not more, low quality ingredients as foods we deem as “junk food”. If you don’t believe me, just read the labels for yourself. Some of the most popular protein shakes contain natural flavors, carrageenan, gums, & seed oils. These ingredients are wrecking your gut and your health. Yes protein is a very important nutrient and getting enough is key to strong muscles, bones, and overall wellness butttttt get your protein from real food. Animal products & plants that are whole foods will always be best for your body.

THIS is my new fall staple recipe 😍 High Protein Butternut Squash Soup. Recipe below

1. Preheat your oven to 410°F.
Cut 1 large butternut squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Score the inside to help it cook evenly and soak up flavor from the spices. Place on a large baking tray.
Add 2 large sweet onions, cut into eighths.
Cut 6 mini red peppers in half, remove seeds, and add to the tray. Skin and cut 2 carrots and add to the tray.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. (Generous amounts)
3. Roast everything at 410°F for 50-60 mins
4. Once roasted, scoop the squash from the skin and toss into a blender with the roasted onion, peppers, and carrot.
5. Pour in 17 oz chicken bone broth and about 3 servings of cottage cheese.
6. Blend until creamy and smooth, taste and adjust with more salt or other spices and serve! I topped mine with pepitas(pumpkin seeds).

I promise you this is the tastiest and high quality protein butternut squash soup I’ve ever had.

It’s that time of year again where most people say screw it and give up their healthy eating and pack on the pounds. But what if I told you, you can enjoy all the traditions without feeling guilty or giving up?

A lot of the store bought items are full of harmful ingredients so some of my favorite swaps are listed here for you.

INSTEAD OF regular butter or butter substitute USE Grass fed butter
INSTEAD OF canola oil USE avocado oil
INSTEAD OF cool whip/ whipped cream USE Grass fed milk/cream hand whipped
INSTEAD OF white sugar USE organic cane sugar, sugar in the raw, coconut sugar, pure maple syrup, or raw honey
INSTEAD OF regular pasta USE organic whole wheat pasta
INSTEAD OF white flour USE organic unbleached flour
INSTEAD OF store bought pie crust/graham crackers USE sweet thins with grass fed butter
INSTEAD OF white eggs USE pasture raised eggs
INSTEAD OF deep fried turkey USE roasted turkey
INSTEAD OF canned vegetables USE fresh vegetables
INSTEAD OF dinner rolls USE organic sourdough loaf
INSTEAD OF chicken stock USE chicken bone broth

These are just a few ideas of how to make all your favorites with higher quality foods. Above all, enjoy your time with family and friends and be thankful 😊🦃🥧🍠🧈

🌮 Taco night doesn’t have to be a cheat meal when you use high quality ingredients like these taco shells. Made with non GMO organic corn and cooked with avocado oil, these crispy shells are the perfect vessel for your healthy taco fillings. For this I cooked ground chicken, shredded Irish cheddar cheese, swapped plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream and topped with tomatoes, spinach, arugula, and onions. Look for these taco shells at Publix next time you’re in the mood for taco night while still eating according to your goals.
