Wide open playground, and my older two ran straight to the puddle to identify swimming bugs. We love this life 🙌🏽.

Monday 1/20/24 • today was a strength training day / legs and core, in which I have zero photos of (2nd photo to follow along). BUT MAN no one warned me about how hungry I’d be during this training period. I eat and eat and feel like I’m starving all day 😅.

My days start out in the word. Because above all else, your relationship with Jesus is what you take with you when you go. If nothing else, my first goal is to never miss a day here. THEN I make time for everything else.

And also… nap trapped. Calf’s on fire, (so much more than I expected), body ready for a rest, the whole family zonked out on top of me. Puppy and all.

If you have any sore leg remedies I’m all ears!

Ever wonder why people are so drawn to yoga and keep coming back for more??
It is SO GENTLE on your body all while providing some fantastic scientifically proven health benefits for our bodies. Did you know that our lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump? But practicing yoga for only a few minutes per day pumps that baby for you?! Google why that’s important!
Here is a list of 10 reasons why I love yoga and what it can do for our bodies:

2) Decreases blood pressure
3) Protects your spine
4) Increases focus
5) Relaxes your nervous system

7) Promotes better sleep

Is yoga the only way to achieve these things? No, but it is a fantastic way to support the beautiful body the Lord has given you and tackle many areas health at the same time.

Let’s fall in ❤️… with Jesus.
When you’re head over heels in love with someone, you typically go to great lengths to connect with them. They are the first one you think about and want to talk to in the morning. You crave closeness and connection. You want to hear about their hopes and dreams. You want to share life together and be in their presence as much as you can.
When we think about being in love with Jesus, how much of our lives truly reflect that? Do we crave 1-1 time with Him? Do we think about him first thing in the morning and desire a closeness nothing else can satisfy? Are we digging into His word daily to get to know Him better? Do we find quiet rest each day to give Him a chance to speak to us? Are we inviting Him into our daily lives and letting Him lead?
If the answer to some of those questions is a no, but your hearts desire is a YES, I want to encourage you. Keep going! Set alarms on your phone to remind you. Ask Jesus to help you focus. Ask Him to help you find time. Ask Him to help you find quiet moments in your busy day. He wants to help!
I am working on some biblical meditation videos for The Well subscribers and cannot wait to get them in your hands. While meditation and reflection are only a piece to the puzzle, they are important spiritual disciplines that allow our creator to reveal His heart to us.
It may feel strange at first, but keep going! Soon it will feel like second nature ❤️ and you will forever be changed.

Brand Rep Description:
-Must love Jesus and live a life that represents Him well.
-Must enjoy physical exercise (yoga, dance, pilates, etc.) and encourage others to a life of wellness body, mind, soul and spirit.
-Right now yoga/strength and flexibility classes are a huge part of the foundation of The Well as we get moving on content. You must like and enjoy both and be willing to take / promote these classes on a weekly basis.
-Must have a strong social media presence. Follower count is not important to me. What I would like to see is posts that happen regularly, crafted with intention. Clear photos / videos. Engagement. (Mostly facebook and instagram but I am open to others).
-Location does not matter. You can participate from near or far.
-Must believe in and support our mission, vision and values at IIWC. If you don't know what I stand for you can learn more by going to the about section of my website.

Compensation:
