Monday 1/20/24 • today was a strength training day / legs and core, in which I have zero photos of (2nd photo to follow along). BUT MAN no one warned me about how hungry I’d be during this training period. I eat and eat and feel like I’m starving all day 😅.

My days start out in the word. Because above all else, your relationship with Jesus is what you take with you when you go. If nothing else, my first goal is to never miss a day here. THEN I make time for everything else.

And also… nap trapped. Calf’s on fire, (so much more than I expected), body ready for a rest, the whole family zonked out on top of me. Puppy and all.

If you have any sore leg remedies I’m all ears!
