Join Deanna Lynne at the yoga studio located in the Marilyn Horne building, Room 303, 3rd floor...at 1 pm for Kundalini yoga! This class is Sunday , December 1st! Let's start December with some yoga!
This introductory class is free!

December finds a busy yoga schedule! A new class is added on Sundays! Deanna Lynne will be teaching Kundalini Yoga ! Her class is from 1 pm -2:30. The first class on Sunday, December 1 st is a free class. The rest of her classes in Dec will be $10.

Michele will be offering her classes , except for December 4th.

Restorative Yoga will be on Sunday, December 8th at 6pm. Space is limited. You must reserve your spot. Please bring your mst, pillow, blanket and water.

Wednesday, December 18th at 530 pm will be a yoga party! Come dressed in festive clothes . Michele and I will be team teaching the class! There will be snacks and beverage after class! This is our gift to you!

My classes are $10 as a drop.in or $ 45 for unlimited classes for the month of December.
