Tuesdays
Yoga Fundamentals with Leah (Nov 18–Dec 16) offers accessible guidance in foundational poses, breath, and meditation. A great space to return to your body with care and clarity.

Leah also offers therapeutic massage sessions by appointment so reach out to book direct rest and reset time, just for you.

Thursdays
Yoga for Strength with Val blends mindful movement with optional weights and chair support to increase bone health, balance, and resilience. Ongoing, drop-ins welcome.

November 13
Ecstatic Dance with Nicole & Natalia invites you to move freely, shake off the week, and reconnect through rhythm and community. Come as you are. By donation.

As the last of the leaves fall and the trees stand bare, we too are invited into a quieter truth, one that asks nothing of us but to be exactly as we are.

Join us for an evening of rest and renewal as we soften into the spaciousness of late autumn. This 90-minute class blends gentle restorative yoga and guided Yoga Nidra, offering your body and nervous system a chance to unwind, exhale, and return to presence.

Our theme, Unadorned Presence, draws inspiration from the bare branches of November, open to sky, stripped of adornment, and still wholly alive. In this space, there is no performance. No striving. Only breath, stillness, and the quiet strength of simply being.

You’ll be guided through supportive shapes to release tension, followed by a nourishing Yoga Nidra journey... a deep rest meditation to soothe the body, calm the mind, and root you in your own quiet wisdom.

No experience necessary. Come as you are. Wear warm, comfortable layers. Bring whatever helps you feel supported: blanket, pillow, eye covering, and a journal if you’d like.

~ Accessibility Rate: $10 - For those with limited financial access
~ Sustaining Rate: $15 - True cost of the offering

Join Lisa MacLean and Tami Thomas this coming Tuesday.

This session will focus on the autumn season. We will slow down to bring more mindfulness and peace into our lives. We will be welcoming the season for turning inward with restorative postures and a relaxing sound bath during final rest.

Practice will be accompanied by a diffused essential oil and gentle music.

Please wear comfortable clothes in layers and bring water.

We provide all other props you might need.

Join us for a 90-minute ceremonial journey into the liminal where crystal bowls, drum, and flute meet Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and ancestral reverence. Guided by Tara of Evergreen, Sarah Nelson, and Brandy Patino of Studio 34, this evening is a gentle yet potent weaving of sound and spirit, rest and ritual.

This is not about ancestry as bloodline alone, but a deeper remembering... of place, of tradition, of spirit. We call in the wise ones behind us, root into the Earth that holds their bones, and listen for the soft whispers that live in the quiet dark.
