Merry Meadow Farm

Merry Meadow Farm Averte is a licensed Therapeutic Community Residence providing support and clinical treatment for in

At Merry Meadow Farm, we offer multiple levels of highly-individualized care that will meet the needs of a wide range of patients dealing with mental illness. Whether recently diagnosed, leaving the hospital, or just needing a little extra support to be successful in the world, we have a program that will fit your needs. The Main Farm in Bradford, Vermont houses our clinical program and is where

new residents come to live. Here they receive detailed assessment, counseling, and medication management to help them stabilize and look toward the future. We also have three houses (two others in Bradford and one located in the cultural center of Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH) that allow for more independence as well as more vocational and social opportunities. When residents no longer need around-the-clock supervision but still need a support system in place, our highly-successful individualized after-care program allows residents to live nearby in private housing while still receiving the support they need. When an illness is particularly severe, some residents find that they will never be able to live independently. Our Bradford House is licensed to provide care for aging-in-place, allowing these individuals to live out their lives in a safe, familiar home with people they know and trust.
