sound bath meditation . enjoy an hour of stillness + deep rest. mel will help transport you to a state of relaxation through guided pranayama / breath practice, aromatherapy, meditation and sound bath.

sunset boat cruise w/ live music by . light bites + mocktails provided. byob for this sunset on the atlantic ocean. advanced tickets required.

thursday 7:00pm
sunset beach yoga + book swap
trade in your gently used reads + go home with something new to dive into. participants don’t have to participate in the free swap to enjoy beach yoga.

tonight we’ll sip sky blue sunshine, enjoy the sunset + some mellow movement + meditation

this yin inspired circle is going to be a grounding way to start the week

with many herbs supporting this central nervous system reset, participants are likely to enjoy an evening relaxing in the sand

ashwagandha, elderberry, St. John’s wort, butterfly pea flower and so many more good ones

today is the final day to purchase tickets for our sunset boat cruise before prices increase

we will provide light bites and non alcoholic beverages while you enjoy mingling and dancing along the water. participants can byob + extend the invitation to friends + loved ones.

all guests must be 18+ y/o to attend.

we had so much fun celebrating summer on the cruise last year, & have such a fun group of people signed up already, we know it’s going to be an enchanting night out!

consider bringing:
🌙 large blanket/towel or 2 for yoga - as the sun dips below the dunes you might want to cozy up with a blanket under + on top of you during savasana/rest
🌙 extra layers-the weather changes quickly on the beach + there’s a constant breeze
🌙 a block, pillow or chair if preferred to prop your seat up in meditation
🌙 water & crystals & anything else to charge under the full moon (photos, memorabilia, etc.)
🌙 notebook/journal & pen for any reflection
🌙 something to acknowledge the elements: fire , earth , air , water & space - give yourself permission to explore what that means to you
🌙 a friend you want to raise your vibrations with
🌙 whatever else you want to bring to help celebrate this shift in energy

the above items are only suggestions - trust yourself to arrive with whatever you will need for a comfortable evening in the sand.

i absolutely hate changing the plan, but with stormy weather forecasts, we are shifting our full moon practices to a rain date ⛈️

this has been the most unpredictable beach yoga season we’ve had to date!

we are canceling tonight with an unclear weather report regarding the tropical storm traveling up the coast + higher winds than preferred for yin.

we are also deciding to move our full moon practices from this thursday to this wednesday in hopes we avoid the rain.

full moon will now be celebrated wednesday 7/9

we aren’t sure if we’ll be able to hold class thursday at 7:30pm so stay tuned to socials + email inboxes.

friday morning + evening surf meet up look questionable too, so we’ll decide on those toward the end of the week

sun looks like it’ll be shining for us saturday 8:00am for sunrise beach yoga.

thank you for weathering these storms with us + for extending patience our way. these are tough decisions for us to make without an experience in meteorology so we appreciate everyone’s flexibilities.
