fridays class was themed around gratitude, im sure. a term you heard a lot last week. just before savasana, i offered 3 journaling prompts
1. list 5-10 points of gratitude, one for each finger
2. can you identify a time you took a misstep, had a wrinkle in the plan or a setback occurred and something great opened up on the other side
3. what is something you have now that you didn’t a year ago
reflecting on gratitude is so helpful, especially when the world gets loud. the ability to shift the lens and find peace in what we have right now.
it doesn’t have to be a pen and paper, but maybe a few moments with your first sips, while you’re standing in the shower or commuting. do it while on a walk or jog, or sitting completely still in meditation.
gratitude is the mindful moment you can drop into anywhere, anytime.
