Glow-from-within smoothie ☀️🥕🍓

Light, refreshing, naturally sweet—and packed with nutrients your body actually uses. This is one of those blends that hits both sides of what I do: chef-level flavor + dietitian-approved ingredients.

Here’s how to make it:
• 1 cup cucumber
• 1 cup carrots
• 10 grapes
• 3 strawberries
• ½ apple
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger. • Celery
• Splash of lime juice
• Drizzle of honey (to taste)
• Ice

👉 Add everything to a blender, blend until smooth, and adjust with a little water if needed for your preferred consistency.

Birthday recap! What a weekend!! My dear friends served up unforgettable food in a night to remember 🥂 Started the celebration at Loi Estiatorio with Maria Loi where she spoiled us with two of my absolute favorites... her bronzino and that shredded Romaine salad that I can never get enough of! Then it was off to Point Seven with Franklin Becker who blew our minds with one incredible dish after another. He even sang to me...I have video Franklin 🤣 Next we caught Dog Day Afternoon which was amazing. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better we stopped at The Peninsula New York where the team I know and love pulled off a perfect surprise dessert with a candle so I could make another birthday wish. Next morning we were off to Holland Ridge Farms to pick beautiful tulips 🌷🌷 ended the night Asbury Park Boardwalk .rooftop with a surprise of my close friends waiting to celebrate this milestone. Thanks Chef Rob! Still over the moon🌛 60 is the new 40... right? ❤️❤️

Tom and I were invited to a party where the rule was bring food that looks real… but isn’t 👀. So naturally we showed up with ground beef and meatballs surprise it’s actually rice krispy treats. 😂. Sweet but make it savory vibes. # ricekrsipytreats

Garlic lovers, this one’s for you 🧄✨
I bulk prep my minced garlic, just pop the peeled garlic right in the food processor with just a little olive oil, pack it into an ice cube tray, freeze, then pop them into a ziplock bag and back in the freezer 🙌
Now it’s grab-and-go garlic anytime—no peeling, no chopping, no mess. Just simple convenience in and out of the kitchen 💛
