We’re so excited to welcome Chelsea to Green Lotus Yoga & Wellness.
Chelsea is teaching this Wednesday 7:00 AM Rise & Shine class, offering a steady, mindful way to start the day with movement, breath, and intention.
Chelsea’s classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional practices that create a grounding and welcoming experience for students of all abilities. Chelsea teaches a variety of styles and is passionate about offering accessible sequencing, inclusive cueing, and thoughtful modifications so students feel supported, empowered, and connected both on and off the mat.
Chelsea believes yoga should feel supportive, inspiring, and available to everyone. When she’s not teaching, Chelsea enjoys spending time at the beach, cooking and baking, going for walks, and hanging out.
