We get a lot of clients in who say they have IBS... and while that label may be true, it still doesn't really tell you what's driving the issue..
IBS can stem from
💩stress
💩food triggers
💩bacterial overgrowth
💩poor motility
💩nervous system dysregulation
💩brain-gut signal issues

A colonic isn't going to tell you why you have IBS, but if constipation or incomplete elimination is part of the picture, it can absolutely help support symptom relief and help get things moving 🙌🏼

A gravity colonic can support the body...
but it's not going to override habits that are working against you Ip
If you know certain foods leave you bloated, inflamed, or backed up... that's something to be mindful of..
For a lot of people, that can look like things like dairy, alcohol, gluten, or overly processed foods.
No diet is perfect and you don't have to be, but your body usually isn't subtle about what it doesn't like
What we do find is when people start getting gravity colonics, they tend to be more intentional about what they are putting in their bodies 🫜🥦🍉🥑🍠🥒🥕🍓🍑🥝🥬
