Ability Training Services MN We provide a safe environment for adults of all abilities to learn and train to live with greater independence within their community.

ATS connects adults of all abilities to quality providers and resources within their communities which enables them to build confidence in their strengths and gifts so they can begin to live more independently. The ATS mission is to help individuals of all abilities work toward a healthy independent lifestyle. ATS supports that mission by offering the support, motivation, and tools necessary for s

uccess. Services are offered in the following settings:

1:1 โ€”
Provider works individually with Customer focusing on specific goals in a direct manner in the home or in the community. Small group โ€”
Provider works with Customer and a handful of others at the same time on similar goals in a less direct way. You can expect the same amount of instruction as with 1:1, but with learning coming from group communication as well as from direct provider instruction in the home or in the community. Larger group โ€”
Provider facilitates group learning and goal achievement by integrating Customer and a group of peers during a community based activity or event from the monthly calendar. Here, you will have opportunities to use the skills you have learned in 1:1 and small group while meeting new people and growing new friendships. Virtual In-Direct Supports โ€”

In what situation is a business owner permitted to ask a handler to remove their service animal if itโ€™s being disruptive?

A decision to exclude a service animal cannot be based on the notion that an animal might threaten the safety of others. It also cannot be based on a business personโ€™s assumptions or bad experiences with other animals. Each service animal must be considered individually.

Ope! Guess what time it is?!! It is time to wish Marcie a happy 3 YEARS Anniversary!!!

Go Marcie! Hey Marcie you're so fine! You're so fine you blow our minds hey Marcie! Hey Marcie!

Marcie is the stalwart provider who fearlessly leads our agency out here in Minnesota!!! She plans each event and 1:1 appointment and ensures everyone stays safe and is learning and growing in their personal independence goals!!!

Even though she is supported by her Oregon Team, they are over 1,600 miles away! Marcie is the one in charge of all of the Minnesota goings-on and helps create the Minnesota calendar of events, shares all the fun pictures she takes with clients, and has been rolling with whatever things come her way!!!

THANK YOU, Marcie for being so flexible, funny, supportive, tenacious, and a reliable and hard-working Team Player and Leader!!!!
