Coming off the momentum of Children’s Mental Health Week, our focus at Redefyne Mental Health & Wellness remains steadfast: championing the well-being of our youngest community members.

Welcome to the Team, LaToya "Toy" Ross-Sullivan! 🌿
We are thrilled to introduce our newest Clinical Intern at our Pillager location! Toy brings an incredible wealth of experience and a heart for community advocacy to the Redefyne family.

Toy is an enrolled member of the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate and joins us with a Bachelor of Social Work from Bemidji State University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work with an emphasis in Multicultural Clinical Practice.

Many in our community may recognize Toy from her impactful work at Central Lakes College or her leadership as Board Chair for the Tri-County Community Action Partnership. Her dedication to equity and inclusion is at the core of everything she does.

Toy’s Approach: She utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based, and culturally responsive lens. Toy believes that healing is found through meaningful connection and honoring each individual’s unique story.
