Hello, my name is Kristy Lemcke and it's nice to meet you!

Let me tell you a little about me and what I have to offer. I am a massage therapist that specializes in Therapeutic Deep Tissue massage as my main focus. I am trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, cupping, Gua Sha Scraping Technique, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy massage… I charge a flat rate with no upselling on your massage. I like to have the freedom to customize the massage to the client’s specific needs. This can include some cupping, scraping, deep tissue, specific stretches, and more. I have worked in spa and clinic settings, Yoga Studio and now I have the opportunity to have my own studio! I am super excited to learn everything I can on this new adventure in life. God has blessed me in many ways on this journey and I can’t wait to see what he has in store the rest of the way! Now a little about me outside of work! I am also an artist who primarily works with acrylic paint, but I have been known to venture off into other mediums and techniques to keep it interesting! I am an outdoor adventure enthusiast! I love to Kayak, Mountain bike, hike, snowshoe, and on and on!! I love any kind of exploring or new challenge that brings another adventure to my life. I am a mother of 2 amazing boys that I bring on most of my random adventures! They are by far my best adventure yet! Thank you for your time and have an amazing day!!

My official website! I think I have it all set up now! I have tried a few in the past and decided to make more of a commitment in running a website, instead of just facebook. There is online booking, but you have to pay in full before you schedule, no refunds for no shows or cancelations made under 24 hours if you book online. And of course you can still schedule with me, just text Kristy @ 218-330-1917! There is also a link to my Live Good store that has excellent choices in suppliments, skin care and wellness products at an affordable price and quality products! I use them myself and for my family as well. I also added a portfolio section. Go ahead and check it out, let me know if i missed anything!!
