The Christmas season is almost here, and we’re excited to help bring a little extra joy to our LAPS families! We're collecting new toys and books ($5–$10 value) for parents to choose from and gift to their little ones this Christmas.

Did you know by the third trimester, your baby is practicing breathing—even before birth?

Inside the womb, your little one doesn’t breathe air yet, but they move their tiny chest muscles and draw in amniotic fluid to get ready for that very first breath. This practice helps develop strong lungs and prepares them for the moment they meet you face-to-face.
