We are so excited to continue introducing the amazing people who make up the heart of our community. One of the things we believe deeply at Organic Roots Schoolhouse is that raising healthy, thriving children takes a village—and that village includes people who are passionate about supporting families in every way.
That’s why I’m so grateful to introduce Dr. Sophia Fox owner of Fox Natural Medicine here in Brainerd. Dr. Fox is a naturopathic doctor who takes a whole-person approach to health, helping families get to the root causes of concerns rather than just managing symptoms. She focuses on areas like hormone health, gut health, and complex or unresolved cases while helping patients build strong foundations through nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress support.
Dr. Fox works with patients of all ages and integrates natural approaches such as botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, hydrotherapy, and lifestyle care to support long-term wellness.
We are truly honored to have her join us at the Open House and share a little bit about how families in our community have such an amazing option like Fox Natural Medicine.
