“I joined because I was in constant pain from my knees and I want to be able to watch my 3-year-old grandson grow up.
Since losing 86 pounds, I can walk 10,000 steps a day and have SO much more energy! 🙌

Ingredients:

2 scoops Medi-Weightloss® Birthday Cake Premium Protein
½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 extra small banana
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions:
