Over 30 years ago, the Brockton Neighborhood Health Center (BNHC) began as a small trailer behind a church, serving just a few hundred people. Today, BNHC serves nearly 36,000 individuals—living out their belief that everyone has the right to pursue good health and access quality care.

Along with three clinics, their original medical trailer still serves the community, traveling throughout Brockton to reach those who cannot easily make the trip themselves.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to visit BNHC and join them in pursuing good health for all. 💪

Last week, we had the pleasure of joining several National Night Out events—supporting local law enforcement from Boston to Chicopee and connecting with residents about our Adult Foster Care programs. Many community members are unaware of these valuable programs, which can help them live happier, healthier lives at home with the care they deserve. ❤️‍🩹
