Now offering pelvic physical therapy!Cray Physical Therapy patients are a top priority when it comes to all the treatment programs that we offer.
Cray Physical Therapy provides personalized outpatient care with skilled physical therapists specializing in orthopedic, sports, pelvic, and vestibular rehabilitation to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and help patients achieve their therapy goals. Our patients are evaluated and treated by the same licensed physical therapist they see on the first visit. Every treatment session is one hour in length and we provide our patients with one to one care. Each physical therapist is trained to evaluate a patient's condition in order to develop the perfect plan for recovery. Whether a patient is recovering from an injury, needs to reduce or eliminate pain, improve mobility and physical ability and strength or just has questions. Our goal in mind is to be our patient's resource for life. If you need physical therapy treatment, visit Cray Physical Therapy at one of our three locations; Braintree, Weymouth and Norwell, MA.

Moving During the Winter Months ❄️
Cold weather can make joints feel tight and achy, especially if you’re moving less. 🚶♀️✨Physical therapy focuses on improving flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility with simple, guided exercises you can carry into daily life. Staying gently active, even in winter, helps your body feel looser, stronger, and more comfortable.

Healing isn’t always linear. Some days feel strong, others feel hard, and all of it is okay. 🤍
Progress doesn’t always look the same week to week, and that’s a normal part of recovery. What matters most is showing up, listening to your body, and giving yourself the time and support you deserve. We’re proud to walk alongside our patients through every step of the journey, celebrating the small wins and supporting you through the tougher days. 💙

Staying Active Your Way 🌿
Physical therapy is about more than exercises; it’s about feeling listened to, supported, and confident in your movement again. When care is thoughtful and hands-on, it helps you understand your body and move forward with trust. Progress doesn’t just happen in the clinic; it continues at home, in everyday life. 💚
⭐ Patient experience from our Braintree location:
“I went in with pain and limited movement in my neck, and Haleigh was amazing, knowledgeable, caring, and truly attentive. The hands-on therapy helped so much, and the exercises were explained clearly. I’ve regained my neck motion and now have the tools to continue at home with confidence.”
— Beth
We’re grateful to support our patients not just during visits, but as they return to moving comfortably in their daily lives. 🤍

If You’re Healing After Surgery 🤍
Surgery can change your body in ways no one fully prepares you for. The discomfort, the fatigue, the uncertainty about what’s “normal” during recovery, can feel overwhelming.
Post-operative pelvic physical therapy focuses on helping your body heal safely and gently. We work to restore movement, ease pain, support your core and pelvic floor, and help you feel more confident as you return to daily life.
Recovery isn’t about rushing; it’s about listening to your body and having the proper support along the way. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
