Excellence in care doesn’t happen by chance — it happens because of dedicated, passionate people. The Bay Path (Duxbury) team just achieved a deficiency-free survey from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and we couldn’t be prouder.

To celebrate and thank them for their incredible work, every full-time and part-time staff member received a bonus in their paycheck.

🚨 Big News from BaneCare! 🚨We’re proud to announce that BaneCare has acquired Longwood Hospice. This is a major step forward in our mission to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care.

With this acquisition, we can now offer high-quality palliative and hospice care to the 1,100 individuals we serve every day — across our skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and dialysis den.

This expansion allows us to enhance the continuum of care for our patients and residents, ensuring comfort, dignity, and support at every stage of their journey.

This outstanding achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and compassion our entire team puts into delivering high-quality care every day. A deficiency-free survey means our nursing home met or exceeded all state and federal standards during our most recent inspection; a true testament to our commitment to excellence in resident care and safety.
