Happy fresh, new week! As I am sure y'all know 😅~ I am rarely on social media. But I just wanted to do a quick post of gratitude because last month (July 4th) was 9 years at this location!!! 🎉 And this is now 15 years in business altogether for lil ole me!!!

How CRAZY is this!?!?

I've said it all before, but I don't do anything the way anyone else does (and I never have 🙊) And I am committed to follow the path that God has set before me to the best of my ability. For me, in regards to my buisness, this means a Biblical foundation and obedience to the Lord in all that I do. The combination of faith & fitness here at Fierce, the extended family my clients have become over these past 15 years, and the overwhelming show of support of me over all these years leaves me awestruck again & again.

I can confidently say that Fierce is a place like no other. And that is not my own doing, it is all God!

You can find a fitness class, a personal trainer, and a Holistic Practitioner anywhere... but my greatest calling & mission is to share the Light of Jesus, to increase your faith, and to bring you into a REAL relationship with Him 🙏 Because even abs & biceps won't get ya into Heaven 😉

Classes have consistently been full (which is such a blessing!) over all these years, and I've had to turn people away at times because of this. But I've been working to add more classes to the schedule so that I can accommodate new people. So! Ladies-- if you've reached out & there wasn't space, or if you are interested in classes, personal training, small group training, or holistic health & wellness~~ all with a Biblical foundation, encouragement, music that is not vulgar, and a reminder of just how much God loves you~~ send a message!!!

In addition to teaching healthy living/nutrition/homesteading at our Christian homeschool co-op, I also teach dance. This year, I was so beyond blessed to work with Carolyn for our lyrical dance to this amazing song.

It was by far one of the most powerful things I've ever been a part of. The girls performed so incredibly well... but all the glory & honor goes to Jesus Christ, our Yeshua.

Please take a quiet moment to *really listen* to these words. And remember... PLEASE REMEMBER... you don't need to be spotless, blameless or perfect when you come to Christ. Just cry out to Him, and He will take care of the details.

We walk out of here not only exhausted, sweaty, challenged... and much stronger physically & mentally... but much stronger in our faith!

I mean, anyone can teach you how to build muscles 💪 ... but... those muscles will eventually fade. What won't? A imperishable heart ✝️

And ya can't take those 6 pack abs with ya when you go, anyway! 🤪

OH MY WORD!!!!!! Be still my hippie heart. Oh my goodness. OH MY GOODNESS. I've actually met him (more than once), and participated in homesteading & farming events with this man. He is so well respected in my field.

I can't even. I could cry. DO YOU REALIZE WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR FOOD SYSTEM!?!?

The things I've been sharing in my private Homesteading/Natural Living seminars for YEARS will now be realized on a larger scale. And maybe y'all will listen to people like lil ole me a little more!!!

Seriously. I don't think you can even comprehend what this would mean 😢🙌🙏💜

TODAY IS THE LAST DAY that items can be dropped off at Fierce Fitness & Wellness, LLC. I will be there TODAY (Wednesday) between 3pm-6pm to receive your donations. ⚠️ Please MESSAGE me if you will be dropping off any of these items today!

Please go through items you may have but don’t use and consider donating to those who are trying to survive until they can get to safety! Many people only have the shirts on their back, literally nothing else.

Local friends! Fierce Fitness & Wellness, LLC is a drop-off point for anyone wishing to donate supplies for those in need after the hurricane.

If you are willing to donate these EXTREMELY NEEDED supplies, please reach out for the list of what is needed & please plan to drop those items off either tonight or Wednesday night.

I have a connection with someone local who will be delivering all these needed supplies to NC.

The Bible says to love thy neighbor. What better time than now to put your faith into action, my friends.
