Big things have been keeping me extra busy the last week. College move in -1 freshman, 2 seniors. Now that everyone is where they need to be, I can get back to some grounding, centering and most importantly resuming my normal schedule! Looking forward to meeting new clients and reconnecting with existing ones 🙏❤️

While I usually live in love and light and positivity, sometimes there are moments or clients that teach me that you never know what happens in the very next second. Seize your moment, live your life, travel now, say the words you’ve been hesitant to say, apply for the job that you’ve been to afraid to apply, and just breathe in the moment and do not take it for granted. We all do get wrapped up in the “have to” and “should to” and “ I’m going to” moments ..
just don’t wait for the “I would like to”moments.. you truly do not know what will happen in the very next second! 🙏❤️

In a session today we talked about stillness and creating your now which is often so hard to do in a society that is so driven. The current energy seems to make us stand still.
Rather than fighting what may feel like stagnation to us, creating your now the way you would like your now to look like can be such a powerful moment and shift in your viewpoint.
It is like in Meditation, at the beginning your mind just keeps going, the thoughts keep running but after a while they stop, it is just sometimes we give up before we get to that moment. So my message for today for me and whoever this resonates with, “Create your now!” 🙏❤️
