Important Notice from Graham Family Care

Effective immediately, the phone number 270-547-8677 will no longer be available for patient communication. All calls and communication must now go through our main office line at 270-998-1064.
This additional number was originally provided for limited emergency communication purposes. Unfortunately, due to repeated misuse, excessive non-emergent calls and text messages at all hours, and a continued lack of respect for personal and professional boundaries, we are no longer able to offer this service.
Recently, during the passing of my mother, numerous calls and messages continued despite individuals being informed of the circumstances. After much consideration, it has become necessary to place firmer boundaries on after-hours communication.
We remain committed to providing compassionate, quality care to our patients during normal business hours and through appropriate office communication channels.
We sincerely appreciate the understanding, kindness, and respect shown by the many patients and families who have always supported our practice.
