Complete Family Care is a locally owned Nurse Practitioner Office providing quality medical care for your family ages infant to mature adult. We offer pediatric well child checks and immunizations, well woman exams, geriatric wellness exams, DOT physicals, and school and sports physicals. We offer same day appointments for our established patients. These are reserved for acute illness only; coughs

, colds, minor pain, etc. Please call the office for scheduling of an appointment. Allergy injections, and lab work does not require an appointment. The office closes daily for lunch from 1pm-2pm. To protect all patients our waiting room will remain closed. We ask that as you arrive please call 270-422-2200 to notify us that you are at the office. We will then provide you with further instruction. Thank you for understanding !
