Keystone Yoga is a come-as-you-are space where movement feels supportive, not intimidating. This is a studio rooted in community, connection, and the belief that yoga should feel accessible to real people with real lives. Each class is designed to help you feel stronger in your body, calmer in your mind, and more at home in yourself. Through breath-led Vinyasa practices, youโ€™ll release stress, rebuild trust in your body, and move in ways that support you far beyond the mat. Thereโ€™s no pressure to perform, no expectation to fit a mold, and no โ€œperfectโ€ version of yourself required. Here, youโ€™re welcomed exactly where you are and supported as you grow. The strength you build shows up in how you move through your days with more ease, confidence, and self-trust, long after you roll up your mat.

If you guessed that Andrea has dreams of being on Survivor (and has applied multiple times!) you guessed correctly. ๐ŸŽ‰ She's our Teacher Spotlight this week.

1. How did your yoga journey start?
When I was in college I started practicing yoga in my bedroom from an app on my iPod touch. It started out as just a form of exercise; I had no idea the impact it would have on my life.

2. What led you to become a yoga teacher?
I was going through a rough patch in life and decided to dive deeper into my yoga practice which led me to signing up for a yoga teacher training program. It was a time of intense transition that Iโ€™m so grateful for.

3. What do you hope students feel or take with them after your class?
I hope that they feel empowered and proud of themselves. A vinyasa practice can take you out of your comfort zone at times and if you let it you might surprise yourself.

Andrea's schedule
Tuesday - 6pm Vinyasa (Temporary for the next few weeks)
Sunday - 9am Vinyasa
3 Week Beginner Series 1/25, 2/1, 2/8 at 10:30am

We're so grateful she's part of the team! ๐Ÿ’š

Teacher Spotlight ๐ŸŽ‰ JENNY!!!!!!!!

1. How did your yoga journey start?
Kicking and screaming. Okay, not really. But, my pastors wife was going through yoga training and asked me to come try. This was about 28 years ago now. It was not easy for me and yet the challenge was something I needed. Physically AND mentally. The practice and that community helped me through my mothers death. It gave me a place to work it all out- mind, body and spirit. I am forever grateful for that invite that got me there.

2. What led you to become a yoga teacher?
I was a school teacher and went to training first to bring mindfulness, yoga and all things self-regulation into my classroom of young children with exceptional needs. At first fellow teachers thought I was bringing in a lot of "woo- woo" ideas. Thankfully the head of the department supported my ideas and this helped me gain confidence to keep going. Years later, when I left teaching, I decided to go learn more mostly for myself. I was starting to have health issues and knew I needed to really start paying attention to my health. I am just finishing up my 300 YTT/trauma informed. I love continuing to learn more and more. . I never thought I would be teaching adults, but life sometimes has other plans. Keystone is my happy place, for sure!

3. What do you hope students feel or take with them after your class?
Peace and knowing they can bring that into their bodies anytime, anywhere. I also hope they always feel supported and loved. Sometimes life can be hard, but their yoga community will always be there for them.

We are so grateful you are here! ๐Ÿ’œ
