Keystone Yoga is a come-as-you-are space where movement feels supportive, not intimidating. This is a studio rooted in community, connection, and the belief that yoga should feel accessible to real people with real lives. Each class is designed to help you feel stronger in your body, calmer in your mind, and more at home in yourself. Through breath-led Vinyasa practices, you’ll release stress, rebuild trust in your body, and move in ways that support you far beyond the mat. There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation to fit a mold, and no “perfect” version of yourself required. Here, you’re welcomed exactly where you are and supported as you grow. The strength you build shows up in how you move through your days with more ease, confidence, and self-trust, long after you roll up your mat.

Most people think yoga starts and ends with poses, but the practice is much bigger than that.

Our upcoming three-week workshop series explores the deeper layers of yoga so you can experience how it supports your mind, body, and daily life.

Week 1 – Yoga Sutras
Discover the philosophy behind yoga and how these teachings can help you feel more focused, grounded, and centered.

Week 2 – Asanas
Move through purposeful poses designed to strengthen your body, release tension, and connect breath with movement.

Week 3 – Meditation
Learn simple techniques to calm the mind, reduce stress, and bring more clarity into your day.

Each 75-minute workshop is designed to build on the last, but you’re welcome to join individually or take the full journey.

Our final teacher spotlight is studio owner, Kristen!

1. How did your yoga journey start?
I didn't know anything about yoga walking into my first class, I tried it because it was there. After the first class I didn't know what happened for those 60 minutes, but I was hooked. I wanted more of it. My body felt good and my mind felt at ease, so I dove in and took every class and workshop I could.

2. What led you to become a yoga teacher?
I wanted others to know the benefits of the practice and for them to be able to experience the same magic I did so it felt like the next step.

3. What do you hope students feel or take with them after your class?
Feelings of empowerment, strength and knowing they can tackle whatever life throws at them. They have the power and have all they need. I hope they feel like they can be themselves and they know that that is enough.

Fun Fact: I had a pet turtle Sparky, as a kid. When he passed away my 7th grade best friend gave me her turtle, and I still have her!
