I am SO thrilled to tell you I am very close to having my space in Rutland ready to see you.
Because you are worth it 🫶.

Current Rutland area clients, be on the lookout for a message from me for my availability. If you do not hear from me in the next 48 hours, please reach out. Appointments are a first come first serve basis so please respond in a timely fashion to secure your Me Time.

All current clients have first "dibs" on new availability. So, if you're looking for NEW openings for your standing appointments, NOW is the time to reach out, as my Brandon schedule will have openings with transfer of clients to Rutland.

Beginning in February, Me Time Brandon will be open Mondays, (2)Tuesdays per month, Thursdays and Fridays.

Me Time Rutland will be open (2)Tuesdays per month and Every Wednesday.

Below is an idea of my typical schedule, with some flexibility.

Weekends at both locations are limited and currently booked for standing appointments only.

Putting ourselves first, especially women, is hard. We find ourselves making excuses, putting it off. Someone else is always more important than ourselves.

Please do something for you this year.
Make time to build friendships.
Join a gym or walking group.
Begin therapy.
