7 weeks ago I sustained a really bad shoulder injury due to a motorcycle accident. I ended up having six different tears. I tore my super spinatus, my infraspinatus, I have subacromial bursitis, arthritis in the joint, and three tears to my labrum. This has by far been the worst injury I have ever had. I refuse to have surgery.. I am three weeks into my rehab and 50% better than what I was. My regiment consists of BPC 157 and TB 500 1IU in the morning and evening, red light therapy twice a day, and these rehab exercises.
If you’ve ever sustained a nasty shoulder injury you know it’s not fun, the aching that takes place is like no other. It’s miserable!
