This is what you need for your shoulder pain…
6 months ago I was involved is a pretty bad dirt bike accident where I sustained 5 tears to my right shoulder. I literally couldn’t lift my arm over my head for a month. It was quite painful.
Time to rehab…. I would perform these exercises every single day like clockwork. At first, it was extremely hard to execute them with time I started getting stronger, pain started going away. 6 months almost to the day my pain is almost completely gone..
of course, this wasn’t the only thing that I did for my rehab, but it played a huge role in it..
