After hearing the heartbreaking news about Jazmyne 🪽💔 I want to be very clear to EVERYONE in our disability community ♿️… what you see on my page is only part of my life. Please know that I struggle too—and it is OK if you are struggling as well.

What is not OK is when we feel like we have to go through it alone. Too often we hide behind smiles, accomplishments, or content, because we don’t want to seem vulnerable. But the truth is—we do have a community. And I want you all to know that I am always open to anyone reaching out to me. Whether it’s about disability, mental health, or just what’s on your heart—I’m here. Because the reality is, mental health is something everyone struggles with, disabled or not. But living with a disability can make those struggles feel 1000% heavier every single day.

We have to remind each other that we are loved and supported. Life gets busy—I get it. We can’t always check in with everyone all the time. But please remember, it is always okay to reach out if you need help. 🥺 You are not a burden. You are not alone. And you are loved.

My page might look like I’m living my best life in a wheelchair—but behind it, I am human. I go through struggles daily. I fight mentally to keep pushing forward with a spinal cord injury. I pay bills, I work, I deal with life just like anyone else. I’m not just a content creator—I’m a real person, and I want to remind you that I am HERE for you.

Take it easy on yourselves today. Love yourselves through the hard moments. And know that while I hope to motivate you, so many of you also motivate me. 🙏🏽

We Did It!! 🥳🙌🏾💗 The 3rd Annual Yoniscape Retreat is officially wrapped!

The Spectacular Seven have emerged from their protected getaway more Fearless & Free than before. 💫

The Magic that was shared in this space was special and will forever be near and dear to all of us. This was a much needed sacred pause that fed our souls and opened our minds.

I am grateful for this opportunity to serve and be amongst these amazing women—and My God, are they amazing! 💯🥰These are just a few short clips of the Retreat.

There’s already chatter about the next one! But for now, we’ll relish in this moment and thank God for enlightenment, our community, and a safe & successful Retreat! Stay tuned for more! 💖🙌🏾🎉
