We’re slowing down just enough to check in with ourselves, reflect on how the year has actually started, and talk about what it looks like to move through 2026 with more ease by learning how to receive support, rest, and what we need first.

January sets the tone for the year ahead—not by what we intend to do, but by what we actually practice. This workshop helps you start from a place most women skip: support.

We’ll be in open discussion with other women, sharing insights, and leaving with tools you can take into real life.

Spots are limited to keep it intimate and the session won’t be recorded so everyone can show up freely.

Chile, I can honestly say this year stretched me.

I kept my head high, checked off goals I committed to, and hit milestones I never thought I would…but I learned hard lessons, encountered self-doubt, and carried some heavy moments that required me to lay things down I could no longer take with me. No skipping that part...

This year was pressure and refinement.

I came out clearer, stronger, and more anchored in who I’m called to be.

These women right here—this moment—remind me why the work matters. Why our pauses matter. And why celebration belongs right alongside the hard stuff. 🥂

Thank you 🙏🏾 for the shares, the love, the accountability, the trust. Whether you’ve attended a retreat, are finding your way to one, or simply support from afar, you are part of this tribe.

I’m stepping into this next chapter with intention and expectation. 2026, I’m not tiptoeing. 😌
