Hey friends!
Itās Wellness Wednesday, and today I want to ask you something?
What habit do you need to restart?
Not a brand new plan. Not something complicated.
Just something you used to do that worked.
Was it tracking your food?
Drinking your water?
Moving your body consistently?
Spending time with the Lord before the day got busy?
Somewhere along the way, we drift. We donāt decide to quit, but we just slowly stop.
But hereās some good news. You donāt have to start over, you just have to return.
āReturn to me, and I will return to you,ā says the Lord. Malachi 3:7
That applies to our faith and honestly, to our habits too.
Today, donāt overwhelm yourself. Just go back to ONE thing that you know helped you feel your best in body, mind, or soul.
Simple. Intentional. Doable.
You were made for more.
