Whatโs your purpose for fitness? Why do you train hard if you are? Is it to be healthy? I hate to tell you but there is more to fitness than sports or health. What if you added your purpose to your fitness? How much more important would your fitness be to you if you were to fulfill your purpose in life? Are you a leader in some sort? At your job, in your local social community, at your home, to your children to this nation?
That should dictate why you take your fitness serious. That should dictate what you do for fitness.
So, what is your purpose? How do you plan on achieving that purpose?
